JOB SUMMARY:
The Command Center Lead Team Member is responsible for receiving product from the Warehouse, print work instructions, collect order components, dispatching work, tracking boxes through production and keep accurate inventory counts of the supplies that are in the Production department. The Command Center Lead Team Member is also responsible for the task direction of the other Command Center Members.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Command Center Lead Team Member is responsible for receiving product from the Warehouse, print work instructions, collect order components, dispatching work, tracking boxes through production and keep accurate inventory counts of the supplies that are in the Production department. The Command Center Lead Team Member is also responsible for the task direction of the other Command Center Members.
SCHEDULE:
- 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7am – noon) as required
- None
- Receive order groups from the Warehouse.
- Print Production work instructions.
- Organize and prioritize order groups within the command center.
- Collect components for order groups.
- Route and track order groups through production areas.
- Collect and sort dings.
- Deliver threads to the embroidery machines.
- Collect and restock threads to proper locations on thread rack.
- Consolidation responsibilities.
- Keeping track of inventory levels for production supplies.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Ability to read instructions in English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must possess initiative, energy and drive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Strong computer skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use hands, fingers and arms to touch, handle, pinch or grasp.
- Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills.
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, kneel and crouch.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Exposure to moderate noise level.
VISION REQUIREMENT:
- Close and distance vision.
- Color vision.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
- Closed toe footwear required when entering the Production Floor (as needed)
